Yep, I've disappeared from the internet for a bit again without leaving a note. Though before anyone gets worried, this time I've a very exciting reason. BR> Before I get to that however, I want to thank you guys for all the supportive comments. I know I'm repeating myself, but my heart grows a size each time I read the comments on the previous page. It seems like a small thing to do, but those comments mean a ton to me, especially on the more difficult days. Thank you, once again! <3
So, back to the exciting news part: I'm moving back to the Netherlands by the end of May! That means I'll be close to my friends and family again, and boy did I miss them, especially during this last year. I think it will help me a lot to not to be alone so much, and I already feel stronger knowing that I'll be moving back soon.
This does mean that my schedule was a bit of a mess during the past weeks - hence the late page (we have to make a ton of arrangements). This will probably continue to be the case during the upcoming weeks until the move. However, it's temporary and all for the greater good :D!
I also have two amazing projects by friends, which I really want to plug to you guys:
"Snow by Night is a webcomic about a winter spirit's quest for her heart in a fantasy version colonial French Canada" This gorgeous looking comic is written by my friend and Reverie colleague Eric Menge and a small army of amazing artists. They are in the last phase of their Kickstarter and they still need a push to make their book happen, so go and take a look! Also, I contributed one of the rewards; a Snow by night commission by me, which you might find interesting!
Secondly, The Beyond Anthology. This is a queer sci-fi/fantasy anthology, and the list of contributors is simply to amazing to only name a few. They've already smashed their goal, but there's a few days left to join the party and get the book :D.
And finally, Charlotte will have a new book out soon! I've had the honor to proof read, and I absolutely loved it. It's up for pre-orders, all the info is up in my latest blog.
